How it works

Three steps for your colleague.

  1. Step 1

    Sign up with your referral link

    The business registers through your link or code.

  2. Step 2

    Verify identity and business

    Have the ID checked and prove the business, for example with a trade register entry or business registration.

  3. Step 3

    Stay on board for 3 months

    Keep paying on Biber Handwerk or a higher plan, with a subscription of at least 1 year, and record the team's working time or win a project through Baubiber.

    Your reward is paid out after month 3. You can always see the status in the app under “My invitations”.

The invitation link is valid for 30 days until sign-up. All steps must be completed within 90 days after sign-up.

Tenants and owners refer tenants and owners. A referral is successful once the invited person has awarded their first job through Baubiber, had it completed and left a review.

Frequently asked questions.

When does a referral count as successful?
Once your colleague has signed up through your link, ID and business are verified, and they have been paying on Biber Handwerk or a higher plan for at least 3 months. For this they take out a subscription of at least 1 year. During this time their team records working time in the app or they win a project through Baubiber.
When and how is the reward paid out?
The cash bonus of up to €1,000 per business is paid out after month 3 of membership. You get the medal and points as soon as the referral is successful.
What happens if my colleague cancels before 3 months are up?
Then the referral does not count and there is no reward. Nothing is deducted from you either.
How long is my invitation link valid?
30 days until sign-up. After that, all steps must be completed within 90 days.
Can I also refer property managers or tenants and owners?
Yes. A property management company with at least 30 properties counts as 3 referred businesses. Property managers currently start through the waiting list, and the Baubiber team takes care of the outreach. Tenants and owners refer through Beaver Neighbours.

In the app under “My invitations”. You can always see which step your colleague has reached.
Do I have to pay tax on the reward?
Rewards can be taxable. Details are in the participation terms. This is not legal advice.
