Standard support is included: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Europe/Zurich, except public holidays in Zug. There is no 24/7 on-call service or guaranteed response time. Start includes email, Handwerk and Betrieb add chat, Unternehmen adds a personal contact person and on-site training by appointment; with Betrieb, on-site training can be booked. Premium support with fixed SLA values is a paid add-on, also for Unternehmen.

Biber Start is free forever. Biber Handwerk costs €49 per month on a yearly subscription or €59 monthly. Biber Betrieb costs €129 (yearly) or €155 monthly. Biber Unternehmen starts at €249 on a yearly subscription or €299 monthly. All prices are net plus VAT.

The success fee is due when your customer accepts the job in the app or, at the latest, when you bill through Baubiber with the first invoice. Depending on the plan, the fee is between 2.9% and 5% of the net order value, at least €19.

If the job is cancelled in full, the success fee no longer applies. Fees already charged are credited or refunded. For a partial cancellation, the remaining net order value counts. Report the cancellation to us; the subscription fee is not affected.

No, there is no upper limit. The success fee is a percentage, but at least €19. For service contracts such as heating maintenance, the fee is only charged for the first contract year; later years are free.

We offer three ways: self import (free, you export and we help with importing), standard migration (€490, free with a yearly subscription) and complete migration (price on request, free with a 24-month yearly subscription). A GDPR data processing agreement is included.

No. If you switch, you use the booked Baubiber plan for free until the old contract ends, for 12 months at most. You only need to show the cancellation confirmation from your old provider. Success fees as well as explicitly booked additional users and usage-based services remain payable; the period and the start of payment afterwards are stated in the offer.

An additional office user costs €29 per month, an additional mobile user €9 per month, each net plus VAT.

Baubiber awards Master Belt levels for proven quality and reliability. The higher the level, the larger the discount on the subscription, up to 20%.

Using Baubiber is free for tenants and owners as well as Property Manager Basic. A separate paid company order only arises through an explicit booking.

Yes. You can request the change at any time; the new billing method applies from the end of the current term. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing month, yearly subscriptions with 30 days notice to the end of the term. Upgrades can start with pro-rata billing on the confirmed date; downgrades apply from the end of the current term.

The SaaS contract provides for payment by invoice and bank transfer with a payment term of 14 calendar days. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly, yearly subscriptions yearly in advance. Other payment methods only apply if they are offered to you when you book.
