Connect your account
Add the HTTPS server below as a custom connector in your assistant. Sign in on the Baubiber page, check which account you are connecting, and choose read-only or read/write access. Directory availability depends on each assistant’s review and publication process.

Read your project status, open points, project messages and invoice totals. Create and complete private project tasks. Send a project message after confirming its recipient and exact text. Your existing company and project permissions apply.
Limits
This directory connector does not transfer money, award contracts, generate images, upload files or manage account security. Some actions require an existing role or chat eligibility. An assistant cannot grant itself these rights.
Disconnect
Open Settings → AI connections in Baubiber on the web or mobile and revoke the connection. Signing out of the Baubiber session used to connect also invalidates access. Reconnect when that session expires.
Data shared with your assistant
The assistant sends the inputs needed for each tool. Baubiber returns the requested records that your account is allowed to access to the assistant provider you chose. Messages and task notes may contain personal or confidential information; only request or share what is needed. Baubiber does not receive your full chat history through this connector. Revocation stops future requests but does not erase information already returned to your assistant. That provider’s privacy and retention terms apply to its copy.
